FURNITURE DEPARTMENT IKEA PROMOTIONS INCLUDED FROM November 20th TO November 26th, 2023.
NOMBRE DE LA PROMOCION: “25% En cheque de ENHET BAÑOS HFB6"
1. AUSPICIADOR DE PROMOCIÓN: SARTONDOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (en lo sucesivo denominados “Los Organizadores”) realizará la promoción que se denominará “Promoción 25% cheque de compra en ENHET BAÑOS (HFB6)” (en lo sucesivo denominado “la Promoción”), la cual se regirá por las bases establecidas en el presente reglamento (en lo sucesivo denominadas “Las Bases de la Promoción”).

3. ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL DELAPROMOCIÓN: Esta Promoción estará vigente en la República Dominicana, del 20 de noviembre al 26 de noviembre 2023.
4. PARTICIPANTES: Todas las personas físicas que realicen y paguen la compra de uno o más artículos de las series de combinaciones de la promoción (excluye servicios transporte y ensamblaje y artículos del área de oportunidades) dentro del período de vigencia de la promoción.
5. DINÁMICA DE LA PROMOCIÓN: Todos los clientes que compren uno o más artículos de las series de combinaciones que se indicarán más adelante excluyendo los servicios transporte y ensamblaje y artículos del área de oportunidades recibirán un Veinticinco por ciento (25%) del valor de su factura en un Cheque de compra para ser utilizado en IKEA. Luego de realizar el pago, el colaborador del área le hará entrega de su factura. Con esta el cliente podrá dirigirse a Servicio al Cliente para solicitar la impresión del Cheque de Compra a partir del inicio de la Fecha de Canje. La participación en esta promoción será aplicable a compras realizadas en la tienda IKEA Santo Domingo, el Punto IKEA Bávaro, el Punto IKEA Santiago, Punto IKEA La Romana y a través del servicio de Telepedidos. Previa notificación al Instituto Pro-Consumidor LOS ORGANIZADORES podrán cancelar la promoción, modificar las fechas, los términos y condiciones de las presentes bases de promoción, así como los premios presentados, en cualquier momento por causa justificada y notificada a Pro-Consumidor para fines de aprobación. En caso de cancelación o cambios en la promoción, se notificará en nuestra página web www.IKEA.com.do, en las redes sociales o en la tienda IKEA Santo Domingo.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Purchase Voucher for Twenty-Five percent (25%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point "5. Promotion Dynamics" (excluding transportation and assembly services and items from the opportunity area). To claim the prize, it is essential that the customer presents the purchase invoice. The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and can be redeemed by the customer at the IKEA store or IKEA Bavaro, Santiago, and La Romana Points. In the case of a return, the customer must bring it to the store or any of the points, and the value of the transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.
6.1 To ensure the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents, such as an ID card, passport, or driver's license. The customer exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any responsibility resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to THE ORGANIZER.
6.2 In the event of the return of the combination series item covered by this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of the transportation as applicable and specified in "point 5" of these rules, of the value of the returned item.
6.3 The promotion will apply to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Bavaro Point, IKEA Santiago Point, IKEA La Romana Point, and through the Teleordering service. All taxes, fees, or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.4 If two or more promotions of this type coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the higher amount purchase voucher that can be used through the store, IKEA point, or online. The purchase voucher is not refundable, reactivable, or transferable to any person.
7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase voucher promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchases or specific item purchases. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the specific promotion rules.
8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that participants provide to participate in this promotion will be included in a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, located at Av. John F. Kennedy corner Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508.
9. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 172-13, participants in promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the investigation, promotion, and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization except with the explicit consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of winning, automatically consent to participating in the use, publication, and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related exclusively to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any economic compensation to the winning participant for this fact. These publications will be made within the time frame of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, they can send an email to relaciones.publicas@ikea.com.do rejecting their consent.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these rules and also the consent in accordance with the ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is valid at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.
11. GENERAL: Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registration will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, violated, or breached the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the current legislation in the Dominican Republic and by these present rules.
