Let's find the Easter Eggs

1. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIVITY: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the activity to be called “Let's Find the Easter Eggs” (hereinafter referred to as “the Activity”), which will be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Rules of the Activity”).

3. DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY: This Activity will be in force in the Dominican Republic from April 12 to 13, 2025. Specifically in: IKEA Santo Domingo (John F. Kennedy esquina Bienvenido García Gautier, el Pino, Santo Domingo, D.N., C.P. 10508.) IKEA Santiago (Av. 27 de Febrero, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000) and IKEA Bávaro (San Juan Shopping Center, Av. Barceló km. 9, Punta Cana 23000) from April 12 to 13, 2025.

4. PARTICIPANTS: Minors between the ages of 5 to 12 years old, who have registered for the event on the estimated dates with the supervision of their parent or legal guardian.

5. DYNAMICS OF THE ACTIVITY AND PARTICIPANTS:

   PURCHASE OF PLANTER PLACED IN THE ART.

   Arrival of the children: The registered children will arrive at the selected store at the time of registration. A staff member will confirm their arrival.

   Registration and badge delivery: At registration, children will be assigned a badge for identification and must have a basket on hand. This basket will be used later to collect Easter eggs.

   Store tour: The children will take a normal tour of the store. At 5 specific points, identified with event signs and collaborators, they will receive Easter eggs with chocolates in their basket.

   Activities at the Swedish store: After the tour, children will head to IKEA restaurant (Santo Domingo) or IKEA Swedish café (Santiago and Bavaro). Here they will be able to complete drawings, get their faces painted and enjoy tastings of IKEA Easter treats.

   Toast and final activities: There will be a toast with food and drinks to conclude the activity. The children will be able to enjoy a moment of conviviality and Easter celebration.

   Conclusion: Once the toast and activities have been completed, the event is considered concluded.

6. PRIZE: NOT APPLICABLE.

7. GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The Easter eggs that will be collected include sweets, candies, chocolates, others, which may contain allergens, gluten, or other health-sensitive condiments that could trigger adverse reactions in people with known food allergies or sensitivities. Therefore, by participating in the event or activity, parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the minor and:

   Parents or legal guardians agree to actively supervise and monitor the food consumed by their children during and outside the event.

   In the event that your child has a food allergy or dietary restriction, it is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians to take the necessary measures to avoid any risk to the child's health or to mitigate the risk 100%, prioritizing the health and safety of the child at all times.

   Precautions and Actions in Case of Emergency: In case of a health-related emergency, parents or legal guardians agree to act quickly and appropriately, following the protocols established by their family physician and the recommendations of the organizer and their duty manager available at the event.

   By agreeing to participate in the “Let's Find the Easter Eggs” event, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept the responsibility described above, thus ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for all participants.

8. PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to participate in this promotion will be incorporated into a data file, property of SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S, domiciled at Av. John F. Kennedy esq. Bienvenido García Gautier Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional El Pino CP 10508. Consult the privacy and data protection policy at www.ikea.com.do where you can exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition.

9. IMAGE NAME USAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the organic law on protection of personal data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this activity shall not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to participate in this promotion in the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes provided that these are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS must pay any financial compensation to the participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winner participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to relaciones.publicas@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the event, implies the acceptance of these rules and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. to communicate other campaigns or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

11. GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the activity those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these rules.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This activity is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
