Collect your order at your IKEA Santo Domingo Store taking the following into account:
If you collect your purchase in person, you can pick it up on floor 2 of the parking, going through the main door of the Store. Follow the signaling and go to the stand with your online invoice, the Customer Service staff will locate your order and hand it out to you.
If you collect it from your car, you can pick it up on floor 2 of the parking. Follow the signaling to 10 parking spaces available for the car collection service. Once there, write to our Whatsapp number 829-451-6522 with your parking number, your full name and the invoice number so our staff can take the order to your location.
Collect your order at the IKEA Bávaro and Santiago Store or La Romana Pick up Point by visiting the point where you made your purchase, as soon as we notify you that it is ready.
To collect your purchases, you must present your identity document, the invoice (physical or digital) and the card used to pay for the purchase. If it is another person who collects the purchase and not the holder of the purchase, the holder must send a mail authorizing delivery to that person, showing the full name and ID of the holder, as well as the full name and ID of the authorised person, plus the aforementioned, i.e. ID document, the invoice (physical or in digital format) and the card with which the purchase was paid for.

Restrictions on Cargo Transportation during the Christmas 2024 and New Year 2025 Holidays
Due to restrictions imposed by the National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (INTRAT) on all cargo transportation services for the holidays of this Christmas 2024, it is stipulated that deliveries cannot be managed by transport from Monday, December 23 to Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at 5:00 am. And again, from Monday, December 30 to Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 5:00 am. In order for you to enjoy your purchases without any problems, we have adjusted the delivery times as follows:
• Purchases made between Monday 23rd and Wednesday 25th December will be delivered between Thursday 26th and Sunday 29th December 2024.
• Purchases made between Monday 30th December and Wednesday 1st January will be delivered from 2nd January 2024 onwards.
