PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct a promotion called “Promotion 10% purchase check on outdoor tables and chairs, (HFB17; PA 1711, 1715,” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the rules set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This promotion will be in force in the Dominican Republic from April 01, 2025 to April 30, 2025.

PARTICIPANTS: All individuals, IKEA Family VISA or Loyalty members, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more items from the promotional combination series (excludes other PA, transportation and assembly services and opportunity area items) within the promotional period.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: All individuals, IKEA Family VISA or Loyalty members, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more items from the promotional combination series excluding transportation and assembly services and opportunity area items will receive ten percent (10%) of their invoice value in the form of a Purchase Check to be used at IKEA. After payment is made, the area associate will give you your invoice specifying the redemption date. With this invoice, the customer can request the printing of the purchase check at the Customer Service department, starting from the beginning of the specified redemption date.

Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, IKEA Bávaro store, IKEA Santiago store, Punto IKEA La Romana and through the Telepedidos service. The ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of this promotion, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro-Consumidor for approval purposes, upon prior notification to the Pro-Consumer Institute. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEA.com.do, on social networks or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: One (1) purchase check for Ten Percent (10%) of the purchase amount as detailed in point “5. Dynamics of the Promotion” (excludes transportation and assembly services and items in the area of opportunities). In order to claim the prize, it is indispensable that the customer presents the purchase invoice. If the purchase was made in store, the customer must present the physical invoice; in case the purchase was made via Web or Tele-Ordering, the customer can present the digital invoice.

The Purchase Voucher is non-transferable and may be redeemed by the customer at IKEA stores and points in the Dominican Republic. In case of a return, the customer must bring the item to one of the IKEA stores or points in Dominican Republic. The value of the transportation cannot be compensated for its cash value.

6.1 In order to guarantee the legitimacy of the winner, we may request additional documents, such as identity card, passport or driver's license. The client exempts THE ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER.

6.2 Upon return of the article of the series of combinations object of this promotion, the credit note shall not include the percentage or value of transportation as appropriate and as specified in “point 5” of these rules, of the value of the returned article.

6.3 The promotion shall be applicable to purchases made at IKEA stores or points in the Dominican Republic and through the Tele-Ordering service. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.4 If two or more such promotions coincide on the same purchase invoice, the customer will receive the larger purchase check which may be used in-store, at IKEA Point or on the web. The purchase check is non-refundable, non-reactivatable and non-transferable to any person.

6.5 Only one invoice that reaches the minimum amount required for the promotion applies to generate the promotional purchase check. There will be no addition of several invoices to reach the minimum amount required.

6.6 The purchase checks of the promotions of the Pax and Kitchens families will be generated based on the items invoiced at the time of purchase during the duration of the promotion. Items held as a paid reservation will generate the purchase check at the time the paid reservation is physically on IKEA premises.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Purchase check promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. These conditions will be reflected in the promotion and in the particular terms and conditions of the promotion.

USE OF NAME OF WINNERS AND IMAGE: Under the provisions of the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for research, promotion and marketing of products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion shall not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an e-mail to lopd@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law. The terms and conditions will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the website.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering or other similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Rules of the promotion.

APPLICABLE LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
