PROMOTION RULES “10% SHOPPING CHECKOUT WITH IKEA FAMILY IN PLACE OF YOUR USUAL 5%, ON DECEMBER 28, 2024.“

PROMOTION SPONSOR: SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the promotion to be called “10% IN SHOPPING CHECKS WITH IKEA FAMILY IN PLACE OF YOUR 5%” (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”), which will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as “The Promotion Rules”).

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be in effect on the island of Puerto Rico on December 28, 2024. (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

PARTICIPANTS: All IKEA Family Loyalty members of legal age who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and home furnishings items (with no minimum purchase) at IKEA Store and IKEA Points, through Tele-Ordering and Web Shopping during the promotion period.

PROMOTION DYNAMICS: 5+5 ( 10% in CR) customers who register their card at IKEA Store and Points cashier, through Tele-ordering and Web shopping (excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the promotion period when paying for their furniture and décor purchases, will receive a 10% (usual 5% + additional 5%) discount off their invoice value in the form of a purchase check, which will be received 35 days after the close of the month in which they made the purchase, according to the discount accumulation policy; a minimum of $8. 00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $200 dollars.

PRIZE: 10% Gift Certificate for IKEA Family Loyalty members (regular 5% + additional 5%) as detailed in point “5. Dynamics of the Promotion” (excludes transportation and assembly services). Promotional discount not combinable with other IKEA Family Loyalty card discounts.

PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by customers to participate in this Promotion will be included in the data file called “PROMOTIONS”, property of SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC IKEA Santa Rosa Mall, Avenida Aguas Buenas, Bayamón, PR 00959. PO BOX: Santa Rosa Mall Buzón 20,000, WEB: www.IKEA.pr.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mere participation in the Promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases of the same and also the consent under the Privacy Policy Notification Act, LAW NUM. 39 OF JANUARY 24, 2012, by the participants that the registered data may be used by SARTON PUERTO RICO LLC / IKEA-PR to communicate other campaigns or promotions, without the need to expressly consent in writing to the use of their personal information for such purposes. In case of any doubt or discrepancy in the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the applicable law in Puerto Rico shall apply. The rules will be available during the period in which the Promotion is in force on the website www.ikea.pr.

GENERAL: THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion those clients who directly or indirectly have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, especially Trade Practices Regulation No. 9158 dated February 6, 2020 and these terms and conditions.
