LEGAL TERMS: "IKEA FAMILY BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION 2024"

PROMOTION SUPPORTER: SARTON DOMINICANA,S.A.S("IKEA")(hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as "The Organizers") will conduct a promotion to be called "Black Friday IKEA Family" at your IKEA store, applicable to the purchase of furniture and home furnishings, (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"), which will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion Terms and Conditions").

DURATION AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE CONTEST: This promotion will be in force in the Dominican Republic from November 28th to December 1st, 2024.

PPARTICIPANTS: All persons over eighteen (18) years of age, IKEA FAMILY VISA and FIDELITY cardholders, who make and pay for the purchase of one or more furniture and décor items (with no minimum consumption) at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Delivery Point, Tele-orders and Web purchases (excludes purchases at Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA coffee shop; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the promotional period. Ownership of IKEA Family VISA, subject to approval by Banco Popular Dominicano.

DYNAMICS OF THE PROMOTION: All IKEA FAMILY VISA cardholders who make their purchases of furniture and decorative items at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Delivery Point, Tele-orders and Web purchases (excludes purchases at Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) with the IKEA FAMILY VISA card, during the promotion period; from November 28th to December 1st, 2024, they will accumulate a 25% cash discount (usual 5% + additional 20%), of the value of their invoice, reimbursed in the usual way, in the form of a cash deposit to their bank account, 35 days after the end of the month in which they made the purchase, according to the policy of accumulation of discounts; a minimum of RD$150.150.00 accumulated to receive the deposit and a maximum of $15,000.00 pesos refund per month. *Promotional discount not cumulative with other IKEA FAMILY VISA card discounts.

IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY customers, who make their purchases and register their card at checkout at IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Delivery Point, Tele-orders and Web purchases (excludes purchases in Swedish Store, Restaurant, Bistro and IKEA cafeteria; excludes transportation, installation and assembly services) within the period of validity of the promotion at the time of paying for their purchases of furniture and decorative items, will accumulate a 10% discount in Purchase Check, which will be received in the usual way, 35 days after the close of the month in which they have made the purchase, according to the policy of accumulation of discounts; a minimum of RD$300.00 and a maximum of $7,500 pesos, accumulated per month.

Participation in this promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Delivery Point, Telepedidos and Web. The ORGANIZERS may cancel the promotion, modify the dates, terms and conditions of this promotion, as well as the prizes presented, at any time for justified cause and notified to Pro Consumidor for approval purposes, prior notification to the Pro Consumidor Institute. In case of cancellation or changes in the promotion, it will be notified on our website www.IKEAFAMILY.com.do, on social networks and/or at the IKEA Santo Domingo store.

PRIZE: 25% cash discount (usual 5% + additional 20%) for IKEA FAMILY VISA (credited to your bank account) (from November 28 to December 01, 2024). 10% IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY Shopping Voucher (regular 5% + additional 5%) (only on November 29th 2024) as detailed in "5.Promotion Dynamics" (excludes transportation and assembly services, purchases in Restaurant, Swedish Store, Bistro). *Promotional discount cannot be combined with other IKEA FAMILY VISA and IKEA FAMILY FIDELITY card discounts* All taxes, fees and/or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other expenses, such as transportation, per diems, travel expenses, hiring of services, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The policy of changes and returns applies to purchase checks with the following restrictions: refunds will be made through the issuance of credit notes and after thirty (30) days the amount of ITBIS paid for both changes and returns will not be reimbursed or contemplated. The balance of the purchase check may not be offset against outstanding balances for purchases financed with credit cards, and in no case shall the purchase check be exchangeable for another purchase check or its cash value. THE ORGANIZERS shall not be liable in case of loss or theft of the Purchase Voucher. The withdrawal of the Purchase Voucher is strictly personal, the customer must go to the IKEA Family department of the IKEA, SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S store that corresponds to their location, with the following documents:

• Identity Document: Identity Card or Passport;

• Power of attorney in Spanish, legalized in Spanish, plus the identity document of both the principal and the attorney-in-fact (if the withdrawal is not personal).

6.1 In order to ensure the legitimacy of the winner we may request ny additional document, such as identity card, passport or driver's license. The client exempts the ORGANIZERS from any liability as a result of the acceptance or use of the prize, provided that the cause is not attributable to the ORGANIZER.

6.2 Upon return of the item of the combination series object of this promotion, the credit note will not include the percentage or value of the transport as applicable and specified in "point 5" of these terms and conditions, of the value of the returned item.

6.3 The promotion will be applicable to purchases made at the IKEA Santo Domingo Store, Small Store Bávaro, Small Store Santiago, La Romana Delivery Point, through the Telepedidos service and Web. All taxes, fees or expenses incurred by the winner to receive or claim the prize and any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:Purchase check and/or transportation promotions may be subject to special conditions such as minimum purchase or purchase of specific items. USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGE: Pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 172-13, participants in the promotions automatically consent to the use and processing of the data provided, for the purpose of participating in the promotion, and also for the research, promotion and marketing of the products and services of THE ORGANIZERS. Likewise, the personal information requested for the purposes of this promotion shall not be disclosed to any other organization except with the express consent of the contestant. Participants, in the event of being winners, automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction worldwide and without limitation, by THE ORGANIZERS, of their image and name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including Internet, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related solely to this promotion, without THE ORGANIZERS having to pay any financial compensation to the winning participant for this fact, these publications will be made within a period of six (6) months from the end of the promotion. If the winning participant is not interested in participating in these publications, he/she may send an email to Emarketing.sdq@ikea.com.do rejecting his/her consent.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES: The mere participation in the promotion, implies the acceptance of the present bases and also the consent under the ORGANIC LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION No. 172-13 by the participants that the registered data, may be used by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S to communicate other campaigns, or promotions. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to the common law, or the administrative instances that are competent to ventilate any doubt. The rules will be available during the period in which the promotion is in force at the IKEA Dominican Republic store and on the web.

GENERAL: Any attempt at wagering, or other similar methods are prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar entries will be permitted. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who, directly or indirectly, have altered, breached or violated the rules set forth in these Promotion Rules.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: This promotion is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
