The contest will be governed by the rules established in this document (hereinafter referred to as "The Promotion Rules").

DURATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION: This Promotion will be valid in the Dominican Republic at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Bávaro, and IKEA Santiago. Participation will be open from 10/01/2024 through 12/09/2024. The selection of winners will take place on 12/11/2024 before a notary, and the winners will be contacted by phone and/or email after this date.
COMMUNICATION: The promotion will be communicated through IKEA FOOD Magazine, valid from 10/01/2024 through 12/31/2024, as well as through social media, the website www.ikea.com.do, newsletters, and in-store at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Bávaro, and IKEA Santiago.
PERSONAL DATA: The personal data provided by participants to enter this promotion will be included in a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA, S.A.S., located at John F. Kennedy Avenue, corner of Bienvenido García Gautier Street, Santo Domingo, El Pino, C.P. 10508.
USE OF WINNERS' NAMES AND IMAGES: In accordance with Organic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants in this promotion automatically consent to their provided data being used and processed for the purposes of participating in the promotion and for research, promotion, and marketing of the Organizers' products and services. Furthermore, the personal information provided for this promotion will not be disclosed to any other organization without the contestant's express consent. Participants, if they are winners, automatically consent to the use, publication, and reproduction of their image and name worldwide and without limitation, by The Organizers, in any type of advertisement, promotion, or publication, including the Internet, for commercial or informational purposes related solely to this promotion, without The Organizers being required to pay any monetary compensation to the winning participant for this. The check will be valid until 01/31/2025 for use on food products from the Swedish Store at IKEA Santo Domingo, IKEA Bávaro, or IKEA Santiago.
PROMOTION MECHANICS: To participate in the promotion, customers must make a purchase of at least RD$800 in a single transaction at the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Bistro, Swedish Store, or Swedish Café. Our staff will provide a ticket for each receipt of at least RD$800, which customers will fill out with their information and place in the boxes designated for this promotion. These boxes are located in the checkout areas of the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Bistro, Swedish Store, or Swedish Café.
Once the winners' names are randomly drawn in the presence of a notary, they will be contacted by phone and/or email.

PRIZE: A RD$2,000 IKEA shopping check for the winner at IKEA Santo Domingo, the winner at IKEA Santiago, and the winner at IKEA Bávaro. If we cannot contact the winners within 48 hours, we will proceed to contact alternates.
