“I was asked to design a dining collection with high comfort, iconic Scandinavian design and a perfect balance between form, function and quality. Inspired by nature, I created the VEDBO series with an armchair that reminds of a cozy bird’s nest and an elliptic table that harmonizes with the soft, organic shapes of the chairs. I wanted a matte table surface with the feel of stone. Luckily, we found a pressed laminate with these features, and it really adds to the quality feel.”
