INGREDIENTS
  • 16 HUVUDROLL meatballs
  • 125 g of pastry dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoonful of mayonnaise
    
       4 Serves               20 mins.

STEP BY STEP
  1. Defrost the meatballs.
  2. Preheat the oven at 200ºC.
  3. Cut the pastry dough in long strips of 1 or 2 cm wide.
  4. Get the meatballs and wrap them with the pastry dough strips. Put them in an oven tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Slightly paint the dough with whipped egg.
  6. Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes approximately, until they are golden.
  7. Let the mummies cool off a bit. Make the eyes with mayonnaise.
