Cookies and hearts cake

INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of yeast
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
For the cream:
- 500 ml of whipping cream
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the decoration:
- Cookies filled with chocolate KAFFEREP
- Sweets with berry flavor LÖRDAGSGODIS
- Chocolate with milk bar BELÖNING

STEP BY STEP
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
- Prepare the cake:
- Whip the butter with the sugar until you obtain a fluffy mix.
- Add the eggs one by one, whipping well after adding each one.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Sieve the flour with the yeast and add the previous mix, whipping until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Distribute the mix in two molds and bake for 25-30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in a grid.
- Prepare the cream:
- Whip the cream with icing sugar and the vanilla extract until you obtain consistence.
- Build the cake:
- • Put one of the cakes in a serving plate and extend a layer of cream. Then, add the other cake above it and cover all the cake with the rest of the cream.
- Decorate the cake:
- Put the chocolate bars around the cake, sticking them to the cream.
- Decorate the top part with heart-shaped cookies and sweets.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least an hour before serving it.
