Chocolate bark with nuts & berries

Are you craving a healthier type of snack? Packed with nutritious cashews, almonds, cranberries and raisins, this no-bake bark is both yummy and satisfying.









INGREDIENTS
  • 3 x 100 g CHOKLAD MÖRK dark chocolate
  • 4 x 60 g MUNSBIT mix of roasted nuts and cranberries
   
   Serves 20       10 min + 30 min


STEP BY STEP
  1. Roughly chop the nut mix.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a glass bowl. Melt the chocolate on low power in a microwave or over a water bath.
  3. Stir the nut mix into the melted chocolate.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate in a dish lined with baking paper, approximately 26x20 cm.
  5. Let the chocolate set in the fridge before cutting or breaking it into pieces.

Tip!
For an even healthier bark, feel free to add pumpkin seeds, dates and more types of nuts or dried berries. Or, if you want to boost the sweetness of this bark, decorate it with mini marshmallows, soft candy, cookie crumbles, or whatever you think might be a good combo. Enjoy!
